This villa is right on the white sandy beach of La Preneuse, between Tamarin and Black River.
Nicely decorated and tastefully furnished, this villa is ideal for your family holidays.
Overlooking the magnificent mountain of Le Morne, you will also enjoy relaxing on your private beach, swimming in the beautiful lagoon protected by the coral reef and admiring the sunsets so famous on the west coast.
The 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and fans.
The master double bedroom opens onto a veranda, has a sea view, safe, hair dryer and en-suite shower room.
The 2nd double bedroom has a sea view and opens onto a small terrasse.
The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and a garden view, ideal for children.
The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a shower room and toilet.
The dining room can sit 10 guests. The spacious lounge has satellite TV, free WIFI, radio, fixe telephone(free local calls) and opens onto the veranda. The veranda has white cane furniture and can be protected from the sun by bamboo roller blinds. The ocean view from the veranda is absolutely stunning.
The kitchen is fully equipped : gas/electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dish-washer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, blender...
