Description of objectVILLA NEDIKA situated in a quiet location in the center of Podgora. Near the sea, beautiful beaches, shops, restaurants, cafes and all major attractions.Villa Nedika is a comfortable standalone house oriented towards the south and the sea, with sea view from the terrace. Villa Nedika with its 100 m2 well utilized and quality equipped space and with 30 m2 outside terrace provides complete comfort for 5 + 3 persons. Villa Nedika consists of three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room, two bathrooms, three toilets, a large outside terrace with barbecue, balcony and two parking spaces right away in front of the villa. villa NedikaComplete villa is modernly equipped and offers everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Villa is air conditioned, with satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, safe, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, fridge freezer, oven, outdoor grill … Villa interior: Bedroom 1 - double bed, wardrobe, private balcony, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Bedroom 2 - with double bed, a wardrobe and a sofa that can serve as an extra bed. Bedroom 3 - single bed and wardrobe. Living room - large and comfortable, with two couches that can serve as extra beds, satellite TV, a wardrobe and a dresser. Kitchen and dining room - spacious and well equipped, with a table and chairs, fridge with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and other kitchen accessories and dishes. Comfortable bathroom - with a large bath, toilet and sink. Additional room - with washing machine, sink and toilet (outside entrance). Villa exterior: Spacious outdoor terrace is partly covered, while the second part of the terrace is covered with a natural grapevine shadow. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs, sofa garden and the barbecue. Balcony (5m2) on the west side of the villa is equipped with a table and chairs. Two parking spaces next to the villa. In front of the villa there is a small garden with olive tree, tangerine and various flowers.
