Description of objectThis 135 square meters villa, is located in the Cilento National Park, an Italian geographical region of Campania, protected by the World Heritage Site of UNESCO since 1998.The charming villa, with sea view and a surrounding garden of 1000 square meters with centenarian olive trees, is on the hills of Pisciotta, a small mediaeval village on the Cilento coast. The house is at 2 km from the village (5 minutes by car) and at 5 km from the sea (12 minutes by car) or at 1 and a half km from the sea using the footpath. Pisciotta is Blue Flags 2013 for the clean water of his sea. There are two independent apartments on two levels: each one with a kitchen and a dining room, two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower and washing machine, patio with barbecue and outdoor shower. Two car-parking spaces in front of the house. This is the ideal holidays for families and groups of friends and couples that want to relax in these stunning surrounds, but close to natural, cultural & beach-life attractions. In the nearby: - Palinuro, Camerota and Pioppi Village; - Palinuro's Caves Diving; - “La Suerte”, “Ciclope”, “Le Dune” Discos; - boat rental or excursions from Pisciotta's Harbour; - Mount Gelbison excursion and his sanctuary; - Paestum's Greek temples and ruins; - and much else besides. How to arrive? By car: take the Salerno-Reggio Calabria motorway and exit at Battipaglia.
