Description of objectA vacation villa-Compound with serviced self-catering houses, many amenities and some sports-possibilities, for a most enjoyable journey: Tennis-court, Table Tennis, “Crazy” American Mini Golf, “On the rocks” BBQ- and party area.
The Villa consists of 3 attached, but fully independent living units with totally 300 m2 living area and is good for 13 to 14 persons in total. It has an”over floating” - style
Swimming pool of 50 m2 with an outside Jacuzzi, a garage and 3 parking. The villa can also be rented as a whole with a remarkable discount.
All units are fully furnished with equipped kitchens and fans, private parking, large terraces and/or patios with pergolas, partly with open fire places and/or individual BBQ’s, satellite-TV’s and Wi-Fi. The renting is normally from weekend to weekend, but depending on your traveling schedule and our occupation plan, we remain flexible.
Mike’s vacation lodge is situated in “Kalami”, a small suburb of the main town Parikia, on a south oriented hills slop, some 100 m over see, with a magnificent few on the town and the bay of Parikia, but also up to the other side of the Island. The land-way to the next sandy beach is 2, 4 km and to the port of Parikia 3, 5 km; mean just a 5 min. drive. Close enough, but also far enough for an undisturbed journey. But however a walk downtown is nice, for a longer stay we recommend a Car or Motorcycle, also in order to explore the diverse places of interest, other beaches, villages etc. In and around Parikia you’ll find lots of markets, shops, the post office, banks, medicals,pharmacies, travel agencies, cafés, taverns, bars, etc., but also picturesque pedestrian ways with handcraft-shops.
The renting period is from April to October (7 months), since during that period, the weather is mostly sunny and mild. Therefore, we also address us to timely more independent persons who want to enjoy this beautiful island not only during the peak-season.
