Description of objectThe Villa is situated in a quiet hillside location, 360 m. above sea level and 500 metres from the village of Ogliastro Cilento.The property measures 300 square metres and is spread out over two floors, with ample space both indoors and outdoors. It is decorated with care and can comfortably accommodate 6 to 10 people. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, guest bathroom and a fully equipped laundry room. The spacious living room has a large sofa, TV and air conditioning. During the colder months you can enjoy the company of the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Among the other services included in the price are bed linen, bath towels and kitchen ones. There is also a cradle available if needed. The first floor features 3 bedrooms, one double room and two triples, (double bed and single bed) each with private bath, TV, air conditioning and minibar. The entire villa is covered by a wireless Internet connection (W-LAN). The great open space and greenery of the surrounding woods invite you to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and great temperature. Not to mention the thrilling view of the Amalfi Coast and the Gulf of Salerno, with a glimpse of the island of Capri in the distance. In the garden you can soak up the sun, cool off with the convenient outdoor shower and use the outdoor BBQ. Despite the quiet location, the village centre of Ogliastro Cilento, where you can do your shopping in the supermarket, is just 500 metres away. Villa Don Michele is a perfectly placed spot to start exploring Cilento ! Location of objectA car is recommended for moving around the place more easily.The nearest train station is Agropoli (about 5 km). The sea and the various beaches are around 6 kilometres away. If you arrive by plane, there are about 100 km\\\\\\\'s from Naples airport to the villa. It is popular with tourists who are drawn not only by the sea but also by the hustle and bustle of the shops and venues. It features a marina and it\\\\\\\'s characterised as the gateway to the National Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano.Hydrofoils leave daily from Agropoli, so you can travel easily to the islands in the Gulf of Naples, the Amalfi Coast or southern Cilento. For lovers of archaeology, there are the nearby historical areas of Paestum, with its spectacular temples and Velia. They are among the most important examples of Magna Graecia in southern Italy. The coasts in the region are varied; towards Cilento they are full of coves, whilst Salerno features long beaches stretching out right up to Paestum. Among the most beautiful beaches is the one in Trentova and the beach of Vallone, thanks to which Agropoli can boast the Blue Flag of Legambiente. Only a short distance away is also the sea of Santa Maria di Castellabate with the islet of Licosa, the nature reserve of Punta Tresino, Ascea Marina, Palinuro and Marina di Camerota with the protected marine areas of Masseta and Punta degli Infreschi. With an hour\\\\\\\'s drive you can either reach Certosa di Padula, the caves of Castelcivita, those in Pertosa and the Sanctuary of the Madonna of Novi Velia sitting on top of Mount Gelbison.
