Bathroom with shower, 2 washing hand basins and toilet. Veranda around the house and to a large terrace. with use of terrace furniture, grill, armchair. With the use of a washing machine. The heated swimmingpool 12X5 Mtr. Next to the swimmingpool is a summer kitchen with furnace, 4 pits (gas) and Frigidaire. With toilet and (cold) shower.

The villa is located on a private property of 4 ha, with a splendid view over the mountains of Lozère and Ardèche.
2 Km away you will find a shop for your bread and other daily things.
In St.Ambroix and Bessèges you will find supermarkets like, Carrefour, Intermarché and Lidl.
In both villages is a regional market once a week.
Within reasonable distance you will find the famous Pont du Gard, the Camarque, the cities of Avignon, Nîmes and Montpelier.
