Description of object

The villa is located in Mega Gialo which is 11 kilometeres from Ermoupoli.
The beach is 50 metres and can be reached by walking 5 minutes.
There are two floors. The ground floor consists of a living room with a fire place,dining room,kitchen ,one bathroom, two bedrooms in which one is a private bathroom.
The top floor has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. There is also a big balcony with an astonishing view of the sea.
The villa is completely equipped ,washing machine, microwave oven, coffee machine, toster, electric oven and tv with satellite.
There is a big garden with a barbeque and a garage.

Location of object

The villa is located in a very quiet area with a wonderful view of the sea.
The beach is only a 5 minute walk away.
There is a tavern with delicious greek traditional food .You will also find a mini market close by.
Tactical communication can take you to and from Ermoupoli as to the other baches around the island.

Syros is situated in the center of the islands of Cyclades and is the capital. The islands which surround Syros
are,Tinos ,Myconos,Andros ,Paros,Naxos,Serifos,Sifnos,Kithnos and Kea Syros is 83 miles away from Pireas and
it takes 2.30 hours to get there by ferry. There are also daily flights from Athens.
Ermoupoli is the capital of Syros and has a very interesting architectural structure.
The Town hall was made by the very famous architect Tsiller. Who also constructed Apollon theatre which is
a micrography of the Scala of Milan. Furthermore one of El Greco’s most popular pieces of art, Kimisi tis
theotokou can be seen there. Miaouli square is surrounded by several neoclassical buildings .
The archeological museum is house inside the Town hall and one can admire a number of findings.
Several festivals, theatrical performances and concerts take place throughout the year.
There are many taverns and restaurants with traditional Greek food .
And if you want to stay out late at night and have a few drinks there are several clubs you can go to and have
a great time.
