Description of objectAre you looking for a holiday villa in a tropical setting with a private pool, service of staff and fantastic views?This new and beautiful villa suitable for 2 to 6 people is the right choice! Villa Mente is built in a round shape. Because of the round design of the villa you have a panoramic view from all sides. from both the terraces you have an unobstructed view over the green tropical hills and the sea in the distance. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden with tropical trees and plants. The villa has a beautiful infinity pool, surrounded by a terrace with sun beds. Also at the terrace you will find a bale benong, the typical Indonesian open rest house where you can relax and enjoy the fabulous views. The villa has an original Balinese roof made of alang-alang (Balinese grass) which covers the front part of the terrace. Also on the first floor you will find a very nice terrace under the thatched roof to have dinner and enjoy the panoramic view. The villa is tastefully furnished and has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet. The villa has also a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with glass doors to the terrace. Villa Mente is equipped with all conveniences such as free wireless internet, TV, DVD player, washing machine and a safe deposit box. Six days a week hospitable staff will be at your service (Sundays they are off only when you arrive or depart on a Sunday). The household help & cook takes care of the cleaning, the laundry, the groceries and she can prepare delicious meals for you (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The villa has also a gardener who takes care of the garden and the swimming pool and there is a security guard on duty in the evening and the night. The cost of the staff is included in the rental rate, only the groceries are for your own account. The villa is ideal for 1 or 2 couples or a family with children. Location of objectVilla Mente is located at the north coast of Bali near Lovina.In a straight line the villa is located only 1 kilometer from the sea, by road it takes about 8 minutes. Also the centre of Lovina with restaurants, bars and shops is very close by within 8 minutes driving. The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful area, within walking distance of the SingSing waterfalls which are easily reachable within 10 minutes walking by a path and stairs. It is the perfect place to relax and to enjoy maximum privacy. Town: Indonesia, Lovina - Bali, Lovina / TemukusVilla Mente is located on a beautiful spot, in the hills of Lovina, the touristic town of the North coast known from the dolphins that you can see here every morning during sunrise.Lovina with nice restaurants, bars and shops is conveniently located within 8 minutes driving from the villa. The surroundings provide ample scope for exploring, discovery and activities. Beautiful beaches, terraced rice-fields, plantations, mountains, temples and some nice villages and towns are close by, such as Lovina and Singaraja. This old capital of Bali is home to the Gedong Kirtya library where you will find the famous Lontar Manuscripts. South of Singaraja you find he most spectacular waterfall of Bali, the Git Git waterfall. About 10 minutes from the villa the Buddhist monastery, Brahma Vihara Arama, also called the little Borobodur, is worth a visit, just as the famous Hot Springs of Air Panas which are 5 minutes away. You will find wonderful snorkeling and diving sites, such as Menjangan Island nearby and also one of the finest golf courses in Asia, the Bali Handara Kosaido Country Club, is just an hour drive away. You will be surprised by this authentic part of Bali, more and more people are discovering the still pristine, unspoiled and authentic north coast. We can arrange the transport from the airport (or another place on Bali if you arrived earlier) to the villa for you. Our driver will be waiting for you to bring you comfortable with a private car to the villa. The transportation costs are not included in the rental rate and have to be paid directly to the driver after arriving at the villa (600,000 IDR from the airport or another place in South Bali). For sightseeing tours you can use also one of the drivers we work with. The drivers speak all English and are also very good guides, they know the nicest places in Bali! The view is fantastic, also the sunset is stunning!The villa is located on a private property with its own entrance. Also you can use the facilities of the villa park Batu-Batu which is located at the beach nearby (8 minutes driving). The villa park has also a bar and a Spa, guests of Villa Mente will receive a free welcome massage at the Spa. The rental rate includes all costs: • electricity • gas and water consumption • taxes • household help / cook • gardener • security guard • help desk • welcome package upon arrival • the first dinner and first breakfast after arrival • use of towels, bath towels and bedding • use of the washing machine • Free wireless Internet The rate is for the exclusive use of the villa (not per person) and is based on a stay with 2 people. If you stay 2 weeks (14 nights) or longer, the discount will be Euro 50 per week. If you stay with 3-6 people, the additional charges will be Euro 50 per person per week. Additional services: •In the villa you will have free wireless internet during your stay. The staff will provide you with the login codes for your laptop, tablet or phone. •For your convenience, the staff can do the groceries for you. You can give them money to go to the local market or the supermarket. They will provide you with the receipts and the change. The cost of living is very low on Bali, especially in this northern part of the island. For example, 150,000 - 200,000 Rph is enough to prepare all meals per day. The staff will only charge you a small fee (10,000 Rph) to compensate the transportation costs (benzine). You can book the villa by sending us an email: info@singsingvillasatbali.com We will send you a confirmation of your booking as soon as possible. A down payment of 40% of the total rental amount is required within 14 days of confirmation. The remaining amount (60%) plus the deposit of Euro 150 has to be paid at least 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the reservation is made within 6 weeks of arrival, the total rental amount plus deposit needs to be paid within 1 week. The deposit will be returned within 7 days after your stay. In the villa you will find an information guide. This guide contains all important phone numbers (such as the help desk, the doctor, the drivers), practical information about the villa, suggestions for the menu, information of the surrounding area, suggestions for day tours, addresses of good restaurants, shops etc. |
