Location of objectVilla Plein Soleil is a beautifully renovated villa with a living area of 140 m2, which is suitable for up to 6 persons. The villa is on a private ground of 1300 m2 and has a private pool of 8x4m.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, of which 2 are located on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a double bed of 2.00x1.40m. The 2nd bedroom had a double bed of 1.90x1.40m. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with double sink and shower. One level down is the 3rd bedroom and has a 2 person bed of 1.90x1.40m and has a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. On the first floor there is a mezzanine with 1 single bed and a private sink and toilet. So there is a main house with 2 bedrooms and a loft (with 1 extra bed) and the 3rd bedroom suite has a private entrance.
Layout: the open kitchen has direct access to the spacious covered terrace at the pool side of the house. The luxury kitchen is equipped with various appliances such as dishwasher, 1 electric and 3 gas rings, fridge/freezer, microwave and oven. Spacious living room with dining table, lounge area with TV (international channels), DVD, stereo and internet (wifi). From the living room and dining area there are sliding doors onto the covered terrace, with a magnificent view over the pool, garden and surrounding area. Cot and high chair are available.
Town: France, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, LorguesBoth coastal and inland there are nice bike rides. The house is situated on a nature area and walking is beautiful there. A must is the Gorges du Verdon, where you can swim, paddle boats, canoeing and mountain climbing. But the canoe on the nearby river Argens is for both children and adults fun to do. There are several golf courses in the vicinity there.
