Description of objectVilla Elise is a comfortable villa for 8 persons with a private swimming pool and is located in a quiet area. On the south side of the house are the pool and an exterior shower. From this spot, the view over the valley and surrounding woods is magnificent. The living room is spacious: it has a seating area with a comfortable sofa and a big table as well as a flat screen TV, a DVD reader and a stereo. Two big French windows lead from the living room directly onto the partially covered terrace. Internet connection (wifi) is available.7-8 persons. Season 2014. It can accommodate 8 people and a baby. Spacious hallway, WC, very well-equipped kitchen with American fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooker etc.There is a cellar which houses the washing machine. The living room is spacious: it has a seating area with a comfortable sofa and a big table as well as a flat screen TV, a DVD reader and a stereo. Two big French windows lead from the living room directly onto the partially covered terrace. Internet connection (wifi) is available. There are 4 big bedrooms, all on the ground floor. One bedroom has a double bed with French windows leading straight out onto the terrace and the garden. The view is panoramic. This room has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, double basin and WC. There is another large bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin, WC and French windows to the terrace. The two other bedrooms are both furnished with two single beds and share the use of the 3rd bathroom (with bath tub, shower and wash basin). On the south side of the house there is a large, partially covered terrace. Next to the house is a garage (parking for one car) and there is space to park other cars within the grounds. In the garden there is a 8x4m swimming pool with safety alarm. For children, a high chair and child’s bed is available, as well as ping-pong table and darts board. Available: Dishwasher, Washing machine, Iron, Cot, High chair, TV, Wireless Internet, Bath, Fire place. The partially covered terrace gives pleasant shade and contains a large table and barbecue (electric). Steps edged with oleanders lead to a second terrace next to the pool, where there are parasols and loungers.The gite is 3 km from Lorgues where you will find all the necessary shops (bakery, butcher’s, fishmongers, grocer’s as well as restaurants and cafés). Nearby there are plenty of chateaux and historic buildings to visit. Don’t miss the local markets, like that of Lorgues on Tuesday mornings. The beaches of Fréjus and St Tropez are 35 km away. Nice, Cannes, Toulon/Hyers are an hour’s drive.
