Description of objectSant Jordi D’Alfama - L’Ametlla de Mar - Tarragona – Costa Dorada – Catalonia - Spain (from 1 till maximum 11 persons)Spacious villa with huge private pool, 4 bedrooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms with shower. Breathtaking views of the mountains. Beautiful tropical private garden with spacious sun terraces. Very quiet location in residential area. Very quietly located villa at L' Ametlla de mar in urbanization Sant Jordi d ' Alfama, located in a street adjacent to a green zone and has a tropical landscaped private garden of 3000m. This 200 m 2 large detached villa is attractively furnished and decorated with Mediterranean influences, no effort is spared to make your holiday so comfortable. Classification The living room is divided into a dining area and a sitting area with satellite TV, 46 inch flat screen, DVD and CD. The two large garden sliding-doors of the living room and the kitchen door provide access to the L-shaped covered terrace with a large teak dining table (1.00 x 2.40 m) with 10 chairs and two large L-shaped lounge seating areas with a view of the pool, to chill out. From this covered terrace with stairs you go down and you will see a 160 m large lower Sun terrace. A very spacious kitchen with 5 ring gas cooker, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, mixer, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glassware are plentifully present. Also one can rely on sufficient table accessories. Adjacent to the kitchen, in a separate and lower space, you have a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and an extra refrigerator. The four bedrooms have a total of nine single beds (90 x 2.00 m), fitted wardrobes and have through the common corridor, access to two fully equipped luxurious bathrooms with shower. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer. The bedrooms are equipped with fans. Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets will not be available from 15 June till 15 September). The living room has two single sofa beds (1.00x2.00m). Thus, this villa offers sleeping for 9 to 11 people. Adjacent to the villa there is the covered terrace in L-shape, slightly lower the 160 m 2 large sun terraces laid out in natural stone including the private pool. The swimming pool (5x10m) with a 3 m wide roman steps, is inlaid with mosaic tiles and is equipped with Halogen lighting. Adjacent to the terraces are large planters with tropical plants and palm trees. In the terraces is in proximity of the palm trees halogen floor lighting processed so that when night falls, the garden is attractive and magical. This tropical garden has over 25 palm trees, lower in the garden you have a pine forest where the garden goes over in a nature area with beautiful view on the Valley and the mountains. The villa has teak relax chairs and sun beds all equipped with pillows, this to maximize your comfort. In the garden is an outdoor shower room with cold water and a second open shower. Behind the villa there is a fixed barbecue zone, this is connected to the kitchen through the back door which also gives access to the lower laundry area. Behind the villa you have a dry line for laundry drying. In this villa you have a high chair and cot (for babies up to 3 years). If you wish to use this, you must inform us at the moment of booking. This service is free of charge. The villa is secured with iron grilling and wooden shutters for all windows and doors. This villa has a spacious driveway and parking for several cars. The garden is completely fenced. Location of objectThe residential urbanization Sant Jordi D’Alfama is located right and adjacent to the sea, surrounded by beautiful coves with crystal clear waters and fine sandy beaches. The villa is located at 3500m from the sea and one of the coves with fine sand beach Cala Sant Jordi. The urbanization Les Tres Cales has a small commercial centre (at 2,200 m of the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, etc. Sant Jordi D’Alfama has two restaurants, a sports area with tennis court, mini football, pétanque field, playground, etc. Sant Jordi D’Alfama is located just 7 km from the picturesque fishing village of l'Ametlla de Mar (with all bank, shop and catering facilities) to which it belongs. Surrounded by a Provencal green-clad mountains chain, a preserved tourist zone without mass tourism, beaches and bays are not overcrowded, there you will find a nice balance between Sun and sea, people and nature.Town: Spain, Costa Daurade, L'Ametlla de MarL'Ametlla de Mar, a typical and picturesque fishing village with a unique coastline. Located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea with its crystalline water, pine trees reaching the sea and an excellent cuisine thanks the fish caught by l'Ametlla's own fishing fleet. L'Ametlla de Mar has a 14 km long coastline which is formed of wonderful cliffs where you can discover, little by little bays of incredibly crystalline, blue water surrounded by rocks and pine trees, bays with fine, white sand like Cala del Trevol, Calafat, Sant Jordi, Others with pebble beaches such as the Xelin etc. Llenya or the natural harbour of L'Estany. Secluded places on this Baix Ebre coast where you will be able to find peace and quiet without crowds. It is located on 135km from Barcelona airport and 30km from Reus airport. It also has a good connection by train and car, (exit 39 highway A-7). The river, which flows through the main continent, ends up in the Delta de L'Ebre, into the sea. Here is the place were freshwater meets saltwater. This is the place the fish likes the most.
