Description of objectA great retreat within close range of the seafront at Ao Nang. Sleeps up to 8 guests. Ideal for: large families; groups of friendsBaan Chang is one of two villa residences on the distinctive Nathai Estates development supervised by Ton Company. The property is entered by a private road and includes only 5 properties with eye-catching all-white exteriors. Baan Chang is the biggest villa here: the primary house is large and light filled, organized in a U-shape around a 10m x 4m private swimming pool area. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a balcony and en-suite bathroom; an open plan living / dining-room; kitchen area; two other indoor living room areas; a large patio; and covered, furnished gazebo, both overlooking the swimming pool. Bathrooms are finished in granite and marble, with shower over bathtubs. Floors are tiled or parquet all through and the entire house is beautifully appointed. There is ample storage space both in the bedrooms and in the kitchen area. Baan Chang also offers a guest bungalow, a free-standing, self-contained unit located 10m from the primary house. It is decorated in the same design as the primary house and has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a roomy living room in which up to two additional beds for kids may be added in, and a small kitchen area. The living room and bedroom are both air-conditioned. Both the villa and the guest bungalow have cable TV and Wi-Fi internet connection. The villa is surrounded by plants and tropical vegetation and there is private parking space for 2 cars. Ao Nang Beach is 5km away.
