Description of objectVilla MooreThe two storey house has a big terrace and a fantastic view to the ocean. It is well equipped and will suit you who want something extra during your vacation. Villa Moore is situated about 300 meters from the main town Mae Haad. The house is close to restaurants, shops and entertainments but still it is in a secluded area. Koh Tao is a wonderful island which offers a lot to tourists. The name ”Koh Tao” means Turtle island and belongs to the same group of islands like Koh Phangan and Koh Samui. Koh Tao, however, is the smallest island in the group and is also the least exploited. The island is 7 kilometers long and 3 km. wide, and is surrondes by a fantastic ocean that underneeth offers a beautiful landscape much alike as on land. Here you still find the true Thailand. There is no rush at all on Koh Tao and pushing salesmen are few. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and the quality of foods are high as well as the service. Despite the small size of koh Tao it has around 14 different beaches - all are like paradise! No crowding or stress on the beaches during high season. The island is famous through it´s diving and the visibility is up to 35 meters. You can have the most fantastic dive experience seeing fishes with rainbow colors to Whalesharks and sometimes even turtles. Bakeries, clothes shops, banks, souvenir shops, internet cafes, travel agents, restaurants and bars make up the commercial area and the post office is located here too.Mae Haad has pretty much everything you need and because it's the main town and central to the island you can easily arrange transport by boat or songthaew to anywhere on the island. It's an ideal base if exploring the island is your aim.
