Description of objectVilla Nasua is situated in the center of Jaco. The villa is composed of six 1,2,and 3-bedroom condos plus the family home. The private veranda overlooks the tropical gardens with a large pool immaculately maintained, private secured parking and wireless internet connection. Our family own and operated villa is perfectly located at 4 blocks from the beach, restaurants, shops, bakery, grocery stores and more.
Our spacious two story 2-bedroom condo sleeps up to 4 guests. Private and secured with the protection of the family home is the perfect place to stay with family and friends.
The Condos at Villa Nasua
Enjoy the privacy and comfort of this spacious 2-bedroom condo, beautifully lit by large windows, and furnished in hand-crafted wood and tile. Your own veranda views the pool and tropical garden, and your fully equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms offer all the comforts of home.
The condo has two floors and 2-bedroom and features high ceilings, light and spacious design, wooden fans and fixtures, and beautiful tile throughout, to complete a cool and graceful Spanish ambiance.
The living room has comfortable chairs and cable TV, and the tiled veranda has chairs and tables for relaxing by the pool. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, a full-sized gas stove and oven, a coffee maker, and a wide assortment of kitchen utensils to prepare meals and snacks.
Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms. One of the bedrooms have one queen size bead for the second bedroom you can choose one with a queen size bed or a room with two single beds. Clean and comfortable, the rooms have A/C, a ceiling fan, an all-wood closet and a safety box. There are two full bathrooms in each condo (one downstairs, one upstairs). Each is spacious, beautifully tiled and appointed, and meticulously cleaned and maintained.
The property is completely walled and gated, with locked, on-site parking and night security on duty, so you and your family can be completely at ease to relax or come and go. And with all there is to do, just steps away, you will be wandering and enjoying in no time!
