Description of objectVilla Liza is located in a quiet part of the town of Hvar on the island and is one of four villas in our property. All are named after elegant ladies, because we wanted to make a permanent reminder of their goodness.On the outside they all look the same: white stone dominates the facade, while details made of wood, light brown door, green windows, dark brown tables and chairs on terrace covered with reeds, the house gives the impression of modesty. And it is anything but modest: at night swimming pool is illuminated and surrounded by trees and neatly trimmed weedy. The entire exterior of the house is surrounded by a green fence, so the villa Liza seems to evoke the feelings of home in flowers as of some fairy tale. The interior is decorated by modern wooden furniture. The yellowish sofa with armchairs perfectly agrees with beige walls in the living room. There is also a stalk with a stereo so that you can dance. One part of the kitchen is separated by the small wall from the dining area and the other part is connected with a wooden table and chairs off-white colored in dining room. The villa has four bedrooms, three of which have a bathroom. Also decorated with wooden furnishings are offering commodity and family home feeling. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the center; beach is close to the house, and even closer pool lures you. The staff of a nearby aparthotel Pharia is always at your service. The central part reveals the island’s largest fields in the Adriatic, while in the bay are situated Vrboska, Jelsa and Stari Grad – the latter boasting gorgeous old stone houses and some of the best holiday villas on Hvar. The easternmost part of the island has a historical name Plame and it is owner of the prehistoric sites in this cave and the villages Bogomolje, Gdinj, Poljica, Zastra¸i¨će and Sućuraj.
