Description of objectVilla Les terrasses de Marlyse is a spacious 10 person holiday home on a partially enclosed grounds of 1800 m2 with large private pool of 12x4 m The house was completely restored in 2013 and is very tastefully decorated. Les Terrasses the Marlyse is private villa on a quiet location, 15 minutes walking distance from the Provencal village of Flayosc with its many restaurants and cafes.Les Terrasses the Marlyse is a very nice villa on a terrain of 1800m2 with big private pool of 12x4m with a super view over the valley of Flayosc . The center of Flayosc is clearly visible between the trees and is about a 15 min walk . There is at the rear of the house a covered terrace with large dining table and a barbecue ( charcoal ) , and gas plancha and a pizza oven . Also on the front of the villa has a terrace with dining table and a view of the lower pool . The pool is equipped with an alarm system and is enclosed with a fence for children. Surrounding the pool is a paved sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers and parasols . The view from the pool is stunning off the massif des Maures. The villa is detached and quiet location, 15 minutes walking distance from the Provencal village of Flayosc with its many restaurants and cafes. By car you are within 5 minutes from the village center ( 1.5 km ) . Flayosc was built in the Middle Ages and is located in the heart of Provence and Var situated between the sea and the mountains. Flayosc offers everything for your daily needs . For example, in the village two supermarkets , one greengrocer , two butchers , three bakers , the Crédit Agricole bank , post office and pharmacy .
