In Fernão Ferro Seixal, between Lisbon and Sesimbra, near to Sport Lisboa e Benfica Training Centre (10 minutes), also near to the beachs: Costa da Caparica , Lagoa de Albufeira , Meco and Sesimbra ( 15-20 minutes).
Villa with 2 floors, backyard with pool, barbecue area, parking for 3 cars with automatic gate.
First floor with 2 suites (rooms with private bathroom), 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and Ground floor with Living & Dining Room ( 40m2), TV ( Cable , Sport TV , Benfica TV and Internet connection), Laundry, kitchen and toilet.
Backyard with pool ( 8x4m , with 1 to 2.5 m deep), garden and toilet, also a barbecue area equipped with removable awnings, tables and chairs, sink , grill, gas stoves and firewood , wood stove and Table Football Game .

Pool maintenance service, plants and garden , up to 3 times a week.
