Description of objectBastide de la Sauge is a very luxurious villa situated in the heart of the 60 acres winery Bois de Demoiselles. The bastide has been built recently with ample use of authentic materials. The villa is a very spacious and comfortable holiday home and offers a habitable surface of 220m².On the ground floor you will find an open kitchen, fully equipped with a 5 burner electric stove, oven, microwave, 2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso and conventional coffee making facilities. Next to the kitchen there is a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and storage place. In the pleasant and cosy living room you will find a dining and sitting area provided with TV (french/international channels), DVD, radio/CD and a fire place. Next to the living room there is a toilet. The villa is provided with Wifi internet (outside/inside) and climate control (cooling/heating). There are French doors in the kitchen and living room, opening to the terraces. They offer beautiful views over the garden, swimming pool and vineyards. Season 2014. Only 1,2 km away from the villa.Town: France, Provence, DraguignanThe villa is ideal situated to visit the Mediterranean beaches and mondain places as Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and St. Tropez. Inland you will find a large scale of possibilities for activities like biking/mountainbiking, swimming, horse-riding, tennis and walking. There are three golf courses in the neighbourhood. Only 35 minutes away you will find the stunning natural beauty of the Gorges du Verdon, ideal for climbing, mountainbiking, canoeing etc. Also very nice to explore is the waterfall at Sillans la Cascade, a great place for a walk and a swim.
