Description of objectOver a long private gravel path you get to this beautiful Trullo in Valle d\\\\\\\'Itria, a unique cultural landscape, which is also called the valley of the trulli. An ideal location, not far from the coast away and close to many art historical places like Alberobello (Unesco World Heritage), the baroque city of Martina Franca with the famous Opera Festival (Festival della Valle d\\\\\\\'Itria), the White City Ostuni and the underground caves Castellana.
This fully restored Trullo house is located on a well-groomed and with Mediterranean plants covered garden, surrounded by olive groves and orchards. The beautiful and large swimming pool (15x4m) with sun terrace is available throughout the whole year and a covered terrace offers a barbecue for outdoor dinners. The Trullo is tastefully and comfortably furnished and offers sleeps for 6 persons. An apartment in the same building with separate entrance can be rented for further 4 sleeps on request (not separatly rentable). It is a fascinating and authentic accommodation for your holidays, particularly ideal for two friendly families.
Location of objectThe landscape around Cisternino, the Valle d\\\'Itria (Itria Valley) enchants with its play of color, especially during the olive and almond blossom, but also by the ever green shimmering silvery olive groves and the green oak and pine forests. The entire valley is surrounded here by the typical dry stone walls that wind their way around the many Trulli. Ideally the narrow streets to explore the area by bike.
Town: Italy, Cisternino, CisterninoSurrounded by olive groves and vineyards Cisternino is in the heart of Apulia, on a hill in the \\\'Murgia dei Trulli\\\'. Of particular interest is the historic old town, with a fantastic architecture of white houses and steep outdoor stairs, narrow streets, arches, bridges and small courtyards - partly built in the oriental style (testimony of the Saracens). And for good reason, therefore, the place was also awarded one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The Church \\\'Church of San Nicola,\\\' the main chirch was built on an ancient church of the Basilian monks, and inside you will find the Madonna del Cardellino. The heart of town is the Piazza Vittorio Emanuele with the famous clock tower. Here in the summer, there are many small concerts and events. Belvedere, the vantage point just outside the old town, offers a panoramic view of the valley with the characteristic trulli - small round farmhouses with the typical conical roofs.
