Description of objectThis beautiful stone villa is located in village ÄŒilipi. It is just 20 minutes drive from historical centre of Dubrovnik, but then again far enough from the urban noise.The house has two floors and a total of 300 square meters. Ground floor consists of kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room, utility bedroom and bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. There is also a terrace with a beautiful view at the center of ÄŒilipi and the local church. The house is surrounded by a garden with a private swimming pool and a barbecue. Location of objectVilla is located in village Cilipi,in Konavle region known for cypresses and figs, beautiful local church, museum of the traditional handicrafts and folklore manifestations, which are held every Sunday. Just few minutes drive is beautiful rocky beach called Luka and in village of Popovici there is a spectacular pebble beach Pasjaca. During Your stay You can visit the attractive Sokol tower, ride a bike, take a stroll on the one of the footways, dive or just enjoy the rich gastronomic offer, clean Adriatic sea and Mediterranean atmosphere.
