The house \'Paralia\' which in English means beach, has been given this name cause the house is just 5 m from the beach. The location of the house and the house itself provides all the comforts to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. With a view of an amazing sandy beach and it\'s shallow crystal waters, a beautiful garden, a fire place next to the comfortable living room and a barbecue outside, makes your stay enjoyable and unforgettable either in the hot summer days or the cold winter nights with your family or friends.
Paralia house can accommodate up to 8 people in it\'s 4 spacious bedrooms.Kavros is a medium-size, seaside village located 45 km east of Chania, 18 km west of Rethymnon and 3 km east of Georgioupolis. Kavros is a fine place to stay since it is located near the middle of Crete making it easy to visit most of the sights of the island. In the waterfront of the village there is a wonderful, long sandy beach that stretches until Rethymnon city. The sandy beach is very well organised with umbrellas, sun loungers, showers, and beach bars. The visitors can enjoy the clean sea, the hot sun, the blue sky, as well as try a few water sports. Kavros village is very well organised and all the necessary touristic facilities are offered to the visitors. There are shops, mini markets, pharmacies, tavernas, restaurants and bars in the centre of the village. The exit of river Delfinas is located west of Kavros. It carries water from the majestic Lake Kournas, which is just 2 km southern.
