Description of object2/3 bed villa recently refurbished in very attractive location over looking the sea, with newly installed Internet and air conditioning for all home comforts.Stunning large roof terrace with spectacular sea views, and lovely large garden and terrace provide plenty of outside space with ample seating, sunbathing and dining areas. Outdoor electric hot plate and BBQ offer the facility to try local fish etc and produce home-cooked alfresco dining. It is just a 2/3 minute walk to 2 small secluded coves/beaches and a lovely local restaurant right on the sea front, while a 5 minute drive takes you to the beautiful large Canyamel beach with 2 very good beach bars/restaurants and shallow waters ideal for swimming. Behind Canyamel beach are a number of small shops, bakery and supermarket providing you with all your everyday amenities. There are many good value restaurants and pizzerias in this area, and a superb restaurant \\\'Cap Vermel\\\' overlooking the sea, which is a little more expensive but a must for those special occasions! Larger supermarkets and good shopping are all within a short drive. Beautiful historic towns of Arta and Capdepera are both within a 10 minute drive, offering an array of local and high quality restaurants, good shopping and a wonderful weekly market, and the more lively Cala Rajada with a buzzing night life and countless restaurants and bars overlooking the harbour where you can get many boat rides is a 15 min drive. Slightly further afield is the more remote but beautiful beach at Cala Torta with a fantastic local beach bar producing freshly caught fish on trestle tables. Many more beautiful beaches and towns can be found within a 30/40 min easy drive inc Cala Mesquida beach, Colonia de San Pere, Son Severa, Manacor, etc. The city of Palma and the airport are just an hour away.
