Description of objectCalafat – L’Ametlla de Mar – Tarragona – Costa Dorada – Catalonia – Spain (from 1 till 6 persons)Mediterranean holiday villa with private pool, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 outdoor shower room. Stylish design, located in a residential area with private tropical garden and close to the sea. Villa located on the Costa Dorada at L' Ametlla de mar in the urbanization of Calafat. Just 450 m from one of the fine sandy beaches (Cala Calafat) which are in the urbanization. The detached villa is located in a tropical landscaped and fully fenced private garden of 700m2. The 100m2 large villa is attractively furnished and decorated with Oriental influences, no effort is spared to make your holiday comfort optimal. Classification The living room has two different ceiling levels and is divided into a dining area and a sitting area with Satellite TV, 46 inch flat screen, DVD and CD stereo. Two double French doors, one of which gives access to the covered side porch with large teak dining table (1.00 x 2.40 m) with chairs, and a second which gives access to the back terrace overlooking the pool. The kitchen features a 5 burner gas ring, microwave combination oven, fridge with freezer with frost, coffee machine, mixer, toaster, juicer, etc. The crockery and glass crockery are plentifully present. Also you can rely on sufficient table accessories. In a separate room you have a dishwasher, washing machine, Ironing Board and iron. The central corridor gives access to the 3 bedrooms and the indoor bathroom. Two bedrooms have 2 single beds (90 x 2.00 m). The third bedroom has a sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). The bedrooms are equipped with fans. Duvets and pillows are available. (Duvets will not be available from 15 June till 15 September). The indoor bathroom is equipped with bath, two washbasins, toilet and a hairdryer. Adjacent to the villa you have an outdoor shower room, the shower is equipped with hot and cold water, the washbasin has cold water. Surrounding the villa are 250m2 large terraces in natural stone. A swimming pool (7 x 3,5m), inlaid with mosaics and equipped with Halogen lighting. Adjacent to the terraces are large planters with tropical plants and palm trees. These are beautifully lightened in the evening. The villa has wooden garden furniture consisting of relax chairs, sun beds, dining tables, all equipped with pillows and a large U-shaped lounge seating area to chill. All this to increase your comfort. Adjacent to the covered terrace with dining table is a fixed Barbecue. In this villa you have a high chair and cot (for babies up to 3 years). If you wish to use this, you must inform us at the moment of booking. This service is free of charge. The villa is secured with iron grills and wooden shutters for all windows and doors. There is space for 2 cars to park within the enclosed garden. Location of objectThe residential urbanization of Calafat is located directly and adjacent to the sea, surrounded by beautiful coves with crystal clear waters and fine sandy beaches, with its own Marina Port Calafat and Bay with fine sandy beach Cala Calafat. Calafat has a small commercial centre (500 m from the villa) with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, a sports area with tennis, squash, mini football, pétanque fields, playground, etc.Calafat is located just 7 km from the picturesque fishing village of l'Ametlla de Mar (with all bank, shop and catering facilities) to which it belongs. Surrounded by a Provencal green-clad mountains chain, a preserved tourist zone without mass tourism, beaches and bays are not overcrowded, there you will find a nice balance between sun and sea, man and nature. Town: Spain, L'Ametlla de Mar, CalafatL'Ametlla de Mar, a typical and picturesque fishing village with a unique coastline. Located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea with its crystalline water, pine trees reaching the sea and an excellent cuisine thanks the fish caught by l'Ametlla's own fishing fleet. L'Ametlla de Mar has a 14 km long coastline which is formed of wonderful cliffs where you can discover, little by little bays of incredibly crystalline, blue water surrounded by rocks and pine trees, bays with fine, white sand like Cala del Trevol, Calafat, Sant Jordi, Others with pebble beaches such as the Xelin etc. Llenya or the natural harbour of L'Estany. Secluded places on this Baix Ebre coast where you will be able to find peace and quiet without crowds. It is located on 135km from Barcelona airport and 30km from Reus airport. It also has a good connection by train and car, (exit 39 highway A-7).
