Description of objectThe villa is located in a residence of 20 villas each one indipendent and with private garden. Walk ( 80 metres) to reach the natural 8 km sand beach of Tre Fontane with its marvellous sea and Mediterranean vegetation.Ground Floor: The ground floor features a living/dining room illuminated by many windows that frame the Mediterranean gardens. The kitchen is well equipped . A door connects the kitchen with the outside barbecue and the swimming pool area with two verandas. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor as well as a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. The second bedroom is furnished simply and delicately. It also features a single bed with an extra bed. The third bedroom has a single bed and if needed an other single bed. There is a terrace perfect for breakfast enjoying the splendid marine view .
