Description of objectIt is situated in the heart of 11,000 mt2 of olive groves surrounded by pine, vineyards and fruit trees and a few minutes from the centre of Trapani and 35 minutes away from Birgi airport.The amenities such as baker, greengrocer, pizzeria, butcher, bar, bank, tourist information centre, restaurant, pharmacy and a supermarket are a walking distance but fresh and organic produce can be found in the neighboring houses. Location of objectThe beautiful town of Castellammare, roughly known as the sea fortress because of the medieval fortress protecting the harbor together with the medivial town of Erice have a special lure to them that makes time stop. The white sand and the turquoise waters of San Vito and the sea polished pebble beach of Scopello make one feel in a forgotten paradise.Segesta which is located on the top of Monte BÃ rbaro at 305m above sea level, t is protected by steep slopes on several sides and by walls on the more gentle slope towards the temple. The hilltop offers a view over the valley towards the Gulf of Castellammare. The older part of Trapani boasts of a colorful fishing port which is next to the old salt mills, consequently a visit to the old salt museum is also recommended. After a days journeying, just sitting down by the fireplace or roasting something on the BBQ sipping some limoncello is perfect for recounting the days experiences. A refundable deposit of 300 euros will be asked from the key holder for breakages. General rules; Cleaning is included , however if the cottage is left excessively dirty a fee of 50 euros will be charged before departure. The garbage should be taken out and not left in or around the premises. Fire place should also be left clean. Guests are expected to feel at home whilst at the cottage, thus same as own home it should be taken care of. Smokers should be careful because the area is surrounded with trees, especially in summer. 25 units of electricity per day are included in the daily tariff, whilst the excess of electricity used will be charged at an extra payment. In winter an extra 5 units will be given. Check in is at 3 pm whilst check out is at 11am. These timing are very flexible depending on availability. A welcome pack will be provided as well as a parting gift.
