Master bedroom has queen size bed and walk-in closet; and master bath has walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has queen size sofa bed and walk-in closet. Main bath has shower and bath tub. Both bedrooms and lanai are carpeted. All other spaces are tiled. Each room has ceiling fan. The kitchen has a microwave, range and oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and brand-new refrigerator. Unit is one block from canal (great for fishing). OVER 55 complex off Cortez Rd.--2.5 miles from Gulf & Anna Maria Is. CASCO DORADO has heated pool, AC clubhouse w/ WIFI, pool table, piano, exercise equipment. Close to many stores, restaurants, and lots of activities--walking and biking trails, and nightlife. Unit is available for rent 10/1/14 through 4/30/15. We would prefer to rent it for 6 months, but will consider shorter rental periods (minimum 3 month rental). Water, garbage pick-up, electricity (up to $125) , cable TV included in rent. 15 min. drive to downtown Bradenton--RiverWalk, Pittsburgh Pirates spring training ball park. About one hour to Tampa and 45 minutes to downtown Sarasota.
