Description of object4+ bedroom house in the rural village of Botevo,Yambol area. The house is available from the beginning of May until the middle of October every year. The Black sea coast is about 45 mins drive on away.The house is situated at the end of the village,about 5 mins walk from the village centre. Big house with a fireplace,chimney barbecue in the garden,the garden itself is very big as well.Ideal place for a big family or a large group of friends. Perfect holiday for walkers,wildlife lovers,or people that just want a taste of rural BugariaLocation of objectThe house is located literally next to the one of the two forests surrounding the village. Wild animals are abundant there,especially in one of the forests-wild boar,pheasants,deer,jackals,foxes,etc...The front view of the house is just trees and nothing else.Very quiet area.120 square metres living area in house,the house along with the garden is 900 square metre In the case of 4 guests,every person will have their own separate bedroom. Botevo is situated about 10 miles southwest of Yambol, 45 miles from the Turkish border,60 miles of the Greek brder,70 miles of the seacoast,18 miles northwest of Elhovo, 22 miles southeast of Nova Zagora and some 160 miles southeast of the capital city of Sofia. The population is about 930 people. The terrain is flat and the soil is fertile and suitable for growing almost all kind of fruits and vegetables. The altitude is 240 m. The climate is continental, typical for the Upper-Trachian Valley, with little influence from the Black Sea and the Mediterranean. In terms of temperature regime, the region is one of the hottest in the country. The average temperature for the coldest month - January is 1.2 ° C and the average temperature for July is 23.2 ° C. The hottest time of the summer(August)can reach up to 44° (Summer 2012) The village is well developed - totally electrified and supplied with water, all streets are paved, there are regular bus services connecting it with neighboring towns and villages. Yambol is home to the ancient settlement of Kabile, a national archaeological reserve and a nature preserved site, being the most important Thracian settlement in Bulgaria. In modern study of ancient Thrace it has already been proved that Kabile was the most prominent political, economic and religious centre from the first millennium BC. The archaeological investigations of the ancient city that have taken place in the last thirty years have revealed a great number of artefacts (stone inscriptions, coins, ceramic ware and remains of building activities) dating from times over a millennium long history. Most of the discovered artefacts have already been published and used as a data for archaeological and historical studies. The Tundja River, the fourth of its size with an earth embankment, flows through the district, and mineral water wells are found near the village of Stefan Caradjovo. The territory of the area covers the middle part of the river valley, the Bakadjitsi, parts of the Svetiliiski, Derventski and Manastirski uplands, with the hilly plain relief predominating 100-150m above sea level. The northern areas of Tundja valley are characterized by a transcontinental climate, while the southern parts have a typical continental/Mediterranean climate. The average annual temperatures are between 12 and 12.5°C. Agricultural lands take 76.9% of the whole district territory, and the forests 15.5% of it. The wood resources include elm, willow, poplar and oak.
