Description of objectWe believe that you have always wanted to have a house with a private passage to the nearest beach. Lucky for you that you have Orvas: we offer you a villa that has it!From the center of Ba¨ka Voda, a village on the Makarska Riviera in which it is located, is 300 meters away, and the aforementioned track that connects the house to the beach is long only 60 meters. Covered terrace with chairs and white floral pillows has a grill; a stone wall highlights the effort of human hands that put stone on stone to build it. Pine and fir trees and neatly sculpted bushes are keeping the swimming pool located next to it. The kitchen and dining room are one room decorated like the rest of the rooms in the house, with white furniture. Particularly interesting is the colorful luster of imitative gems above table. Living room supervenes from small staircase: it is consisted of sofa and makeshift sofa on a wooden base with soft cushions decorated with red flowers. Direct access to the terrace makes your stay easier. The ground floor also includes one bedroom with a double bed and a separate toilet. On the first floor are four bedrooms, two with a double, one of which has a small terrace with table and chairs, and two with a single bed. The bathrooms are separate from them. Romantic decorating rooms, sea view, vicinity to the beach, private and quiet place are calling you in this spacious beauty of villa. We are pleased that we will be the ones who will forward the call. Welcome! A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
