Description of objectThe house is about 220 square meters and has 3 bedrooms, each with double bed, large wardrobes, dressing table and aircon. Two of the bedrooms have sea views. The third bedroom has its own balcony which is about 4 meters long and its own private bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor living room is large and airy with both front tv`n sofa and a dining area. The living room has a balcony with sea view. The house has 3 newly renovated showers / toilets. The house\\\\\\\'s kitchen is on the lower floor also with sea view. In Hall Tower in about 12-14kvm, is also a terrace with sliding windows with stunning views in every håll.Terrasser is also available in front of the house, so there are many opportunities to seek shade or sun. The house is suitable for 6 people (can be extended in exceptional cases)In the popular area of Pinery Park Resort with mixed nationalities and a wide variety of housing, is our house. The house is located a few steps from the 6km long beach Suan Son Beach and 4 km from Ban Phe. We have about 50 meters to the beach and 150 meters to our great pool area. In our area you will find the very popular Pom`s bakery, a small nternetcafè, laundry & cleaning service. Three restaurants are also in our area. You can also rent mopeds, bikes & cars sareanger here. Excursions can be booked in our area also taxi service available in the area! Directly outside our area there are a large number of restaurants with cheap and amazing good food. You simply go into Ban Phe, Rayong with the so-called songtaows (local bus) going Daily. Why not go to Mae Phim the other way? From Ban Phe you go easy and cheap to the paradise island of Koh Samet with its powdery white sand beaches. You can book you on bla snorkeling trips, island tours, jet skiing and much more. The trip to Ban Phe is simple and takes about 2 hours by car from Bangkok airport. From our area you can go to the paradise island Koh Samet in 40 minutes by local ferry boat, Rayong in 30 minutes, Koh Chang 2.5 hours, Pattaya for 1 hour, Sri Racha tigerzoo 50 min Cambodia 2.5 hours. We can help with airport transfers directly to the house or if you overnight in Bangkok directly to the house.
