Your luxury destination in Thailand, this newly built Villa (June 2010) stands on 1200 M2 plot and has been designed to the highest standards to take full advantage of mountain views, capture the cooling sea breezes and maximize the outside living space. Enjoy the tropical garden with Lotus fish pond under the shade of palm trees, sunbath in privacy around the large lagoon style swimming pool with a jacuzzi area with your family and friends, or sit under the large shaded terrace area that fronts the villa where you can relax during the day and sit down for dinner in the evening under cooling ceiling fans. The Master bedroom and 3 double bedrooms all with ensuites and walk in wardrobes have air-con as well as ceiling fans and they all have separate access off the 45m2 terraced area with every bedroom overlooking the pool. The large air-con lounge has a leather sofa where you can relax and watch TV and just off is the fitted kitchen built to the highest standard with granite worktops and a centre island and a tall fridge/freezer along with dishwasher, built in oven and gas hob. From this room is the laundry with washing machine and a open drying room. The Villa also has an outside WC & shower open roof garden room and a garden bath with hot and cold water in a private garden area off the master bedroom. Beautiful excursions in the area include a boat ride in the mangroves or canal, hike up to a viewpoint or down into a cave. You can also enjoy wild elephant viewing in the nearby Kuiburi National Park or forest walks in Pranburi.
