Each apartment has its own veranda with wooden roof, furnished with chairs, tables, hammocks. The villa is fenced with stone walls typical-stone. There is a large communal garden (8,500 sqm) with Maquis and forests where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea and the coast. The nearest access to the sea is 900 metres from the villa. Two rock beaches are called Guardiola and Marina di Novaglie.
Each apartment is available for 5 people, is furnished and consists of one double bedroom, one triple bedroom, a spacious living room, a bathroom with shower, kitchen. Each room is equipped with fan, mosquito screens and screen doors. Inside the villa there is a large parking space.
The villa is the ideal place for families or groups of friends, who are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to spend their holidays, soak in nature and enjoy the sea. However, few kilometres away you can find well-known and lively cities like Santa Maria di Leuca, Gallipoli, Specchia, Otranto.
