A nice and very quiet place less than 100 yards from the nearest beach for summer and not only holidays.the house is 60 m big an another 100m of a very colourfull veranta in nature built off out of antique materials stones and bricks.1000m off land with olive trees and pleanty all day shadow from the 75year old oak tree standing in the back off the house.the owner is speaking perfect english since he was a student in leicester poly and umist in manchester for a period of 7 years back in the 80s. One bathroom in the main bedroom with shower and a wc at the back room.the litle living room is well furnished and in the kitchen electric cooker is available as well as a big two door freege.No air condition is needed.one double bed and two single beds are provided and there is a cusion soffa with arm chairs and table and full furniture for the veranta.

Skafidia is a very small village near pyrgos has one beach just 100m from the house and several others you can access by car or bike. Aldemar hotel is very near .there is a small river near by that you can walk in te morning or in the afternoon.All beaches around the house are magic with crystal clear waters .there are no shops in thiw vilage but providing that you rent oh have a car
pyrgos is a small town located 13 km away from my premises.in the entrance of the city several super markets available for getting all you need .fresh fish can be available if you wait for the boats to come in the small port in skafidia at about 9 oclock in the morning or in the center of town in the litle fish market.
one time is enough to learn your way about this town.
