Description of objectThe house called \\\'la Casellina\\\' is a detached farmhouse of the end of the sixteenth century, in panoramic position with views of Florence which is about 10 km and is located 100 m. from the village of San Donato in Collina (Bagno a Ripoli) where there are shops, post office, buses, etc..The apartment is about 120 square meters on the ground floor and consists of a large lounge, two bedrooms, a stylish kitchen, a bathroom, a large outdoor balcony, and enjoys cool climate. It is tastefully decorated and has views of great charm. Around the house there is a large courtyard with beautiful plants and flowers, all surrounded by cultivated land with olive trees. There is also the possibility to use a fence for one dog. The owners live in the apartment above, but during the summer months there are only for short periods. Particularly looking for a family of four/five components. Location of objectThe farmhouse is surrounded in the Chianti\'s woods.There is no lack of comfort: the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven and microwave, washing machine, TV and private garden shaded with a broad view of the hills.
