La casa recentemente ristrutturata è situata in un edificio storico, la cui costruzione originaria risale alla fine del secolo XVI. VI si accede da un bellissimo cortile, riservato e protetto da un portone automatico, in cui è possibile parcheggiare l\'auto. E\' dotata di ogni confort, arredamento curato e completamente rinnovato da pochissimo. La casa è posta in punto strategico a pochi metri dalla stazione dei treni; a 50 metri dalla fermata degli autobus compreso quello che porta alla bellissima e rinomata spiaggia di Mondello; a 50 metri dalla centralissima via Roma, una delle strade principali per lo shopping; e vicinissima alle altre vie commerciali della città. A piedi si possono visitare tutti i principali monumenti del centro storico. Inoltre per chi ama la vita notturna, a 50 metri vi sono diversi locali, pub e ristoranti che animano le serate palermitane, meta di tantissimi giovani e meno giovani.

Near the centre of Palermo, in Saint Pellegrino Mountain, there is the sanctuary of Saint Rosalie, the patron saint of the city. Every year, in the week of the 15th July, there is a feast to celebrate the saint. In September there is a pilgrimage from the centre of Palermo to the sanctuary in S.Pellegrino Mountain. In this city the weather is very hot in summer, about 40°C and in Winter isn\'t very cold. The sea is fantastic in fact it\'s one of the most beautiful attractions for the foreign tourists.
