Description of objectYou will be surprised by this holiday self catering cottage, an old small fisherman\\\'s house with 3 floors (about 100m²), lots of charm, and a fantastic view over the banks of France’s longest river, La Loire.Completely restored in 2013, and tastefully decorated in accordance with the cottage history, the holiday cottage \\\'Le gîte des Bateliers\\\' is also fully equipped and has get its 4 stars official classification (agreement n° 0118). From the private parking, you will directly access the entrance of the cottage. On the same floor is also the living room, facing both North and South, with a fire place and an amazing view of the Loire. On the first floor, nestled under the roof, you will find the first bedroom looking down on the Loire and an open concept private bathroom with a rain shower, washbasin, and toilets. On the garden level are the fully-equipped kitchen and the second bedroom situated in a separate bloc, this bedroom is the largest one with direct access to the terrace and a closed private bathroom (with bathtub and separate toilets). Outside is a small yard with a private and furnished terrace. Nearby your cottage,in the owner’s house annex : a beautiful Spa with Jacuzzi and sauna.
