Description of objectHello EverybodyMy wife and I just completed this home for Holiday renters. I am from the States and know how difficult it can be to find Western comforts in Thailand. This is why I spent the time and money to put in the extras that meet Western Standard. These include small luxuries like a full hot shower with high water pressure. Even a nice clean bathtub if you like. I made sure to put air conditioning in every bedroom for the hot weather. If you don\\\'t want aircon I put screens on each of my large windows. Every room has plenty of fresh air blowing in. This house backs up to Rubber trees and pineapple fields. At night you only hear crickets and frogs. Here you will have a country feel while still being in a safe community only ten minutes from town. This house has high ceilings, it is open and spacious. It is brand new, clean, with white tile and floors. The kitchen is open, has granite counters and plenty of cooking room. A chief is available to cook you delicious meals at a reasonable cost if you don\\\'t want to go into town. This kitchen includes all basic cooking utensils, with a large refrigerator. In the dining room you have one wood table that can comfortably fit six people. Windows are all around that view into your large private garden. The garden backs up to rubber trees and jungle. You have 300sm of grass to relax or play on. The garden is full of various tropical flowers, and plants. Lounge chairs for tanning and a gazebo for hiding from the sun are provided. Everybody can eat outside as you have a table with six chairs. If you want to leave the yard you can go on a nice walk to a small lake. You can go on a run on a dirt road without many cars. Up the dirt road 3k is Marina Yoga. She offers all type of Yoga, meditation and spiritual healing. A little further U and P bakery serves the best breakfast in town. This house is centered to most all the attraction in the Aonang-Krabi area. Anamo, Shell Fossill and Aonang beach, Railey, Tonsai, Tubkek mountain, Tiger cave, Chong Pli climbing and the snake show. If you want to spend the evening watching a movie there is a big soft couch for six. One HDTV 36” that has a USB and laptop connection. Two high speed internet connections. One USB filled with family movies. Every bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. Clean, new, soft sheets, blankets and pillows are provided. I clean them every day and dry them in the hot sun. The ceilings are insulated to help protect from noise and keep the rooms cold. Every room has curtains so you can sleep in late. Every bedroom has its own personal bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. The master bedroom has a bathtub. The doors all have a lock with a key. All bedrooms have a lock and all outside doors have a lock. The property is surrounded by a fence and has a gate for you to lock at night. Cameras monitor the road and I live next door with three dogs. This is a safe neighborhood. I know all the neighbors and there has never been a break in. We are here to help you get information regarding any of the activities and transportation. I offer free rides into town daily. When I am not available, I have written down a list of local taxi drivers who can help. This house includes a cell phone so you can call taxis or us at any time. We offer you a private holiday villa for the price of a standard hotel room in town. Location of objectThe house is located just outside Aonang. Saithai is centered between Krabi, Anamo and Aonang. This is a small quiet international community just next to a Thai village. Surrounded by farm land. Makes for a great place to ride a bicycle. Just five minutes from the bakery for breakfast. 10-15 minute motor bike ride to the beach. Property is backed up to a rubber plantation on the side you have a view of the Limestone mountains. A place where you will be comfortable and safe. No problems with parking. If you don\\\'t have your own transportation you will have to call a taxi. This cost about 300 baht to Aonang center.Town: Thailand, aonang, krabiKrabi (Thai: กระบี่) is one of the southern provinces (changwat) of Thailand, at the shore of the Andaman Sea. Neighbouring provinces are (from north clockwise) Phang Nga, Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat and Trang. The Phuket province to the west is also neighbouring, but without any land boundary.
