Located a mere stones throw from the waters edge and overlooking Kenmare bay on the Rìng of Kerry, this well appointed cottage features quality furnishings and all modern conveniences.
This 'home away from home' leads directly onto the water front and offers a rare opportunity to wake up to glorious views of the ocean and surrounding mountains.
Located only a few minutes drive from the nearby village of Cahedaniel and the local facilities for horse riding, fishing and water sports. It is ideally located to use as a base for fishing holidays. Course, fly and sea fishing are all available locally.
Enjoy the senic walks to the historic Derrynane National Parks and its wonderful sandy beaches.
It is a golfer's paradise located between the world famous golf courses of Waterville (10 km) and Parknasilla (20 km).
The Living room over looks Kenmare Bay and has a welcoming open fireplace. The open plan kitchen and dining room is equipped with modern equipment and traditional maple units. There is a spacious utility room to the rear of the house and a seperate WC. A double bedroom with en-suite is located on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, and a WC with over bath shower. There are wooden floors throughout the cottage.
