The house provides a possibility for a private vacation, without a lot neighbouring houses, in a beautiful surrounding of luxuriant vegetation, while still only 20 minutes away from the centre of the village and the beach. The village itself, although small, has a small grocery store, a mini market with fresh fruit and vegetables available every day, a restaurant and a caffee. There is a big sand beach especially suitable for children, but there are also many \\\'wild\\\' locations and a windy side of the peninnsula suitable for surfing.
