Description of objectWe offer a detached stone house by the spring of 2008, with sea view, 120 square meters on two floors, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms with shower, washing machine, plenty of towels and linens, large living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, equipped with mosquito blind and shutters window, balcony at large bedroom, ca.30qm terrace, barbecue area behind the house, garden furniture, sun loungers, surrounded with stone wall plot, plenty of room for the car.
Location of objectThe island is served directly from May to October. A journey through Athens turns out much cheaper, especially with early flight booking.
Town: Greece, Skinaria, ZakynthosOur house is in the north of the island of Zakynthos in Skinaria, a natural quiet area with little tourism. The first bay is about 5 km. Up here there are the bays and pebble beaches, south of the island are the beaches, etc. the protected beach Gerakas serving the Caretta Caretta sea turtles to lay their eggs.
The distance to Zakynthos Airport is 33 km away, the port is 32 km away.
Next shop in the mini market opposite or 5 km in micro Nisi. Recommended is a major purchase in the shops in the city. Runs daily except Sundays over a bakery on site.
