Description of objectThe house is a beautiful old recently renovated stone house in the mountain.The house consists of one double bedroom (1 double bed), a bedroom with 2 single beds and an open roof bedroom with 1 double bed and a WC on the upper floor and a large living room, a dining room with a big table for 8 people, a bathroom with shower, a WC, a kitchen full equipped on the ground floor. The garden surrounding the house is 1000 sq. meters plot, with flowers, all kinds of trees, a small pond with falling water and 3 places for parking. There is a stoned build traditional barbeque with a unique table for 10 people where you can practice your skills in cooking roasted vegetables from our garden and of course meet. Just behind the house there is a path that enters you in the deep hart of the mountain, with high chestnut trees where you can collect mushrooms and chestnuts during the first days of October. The house makes for an ideal base for a walking, biking, skiing, summer holiday. We can provide guided walks to the most unknown paths. Location of objectThe house is located at the eastern part of the municipality Mouresiou in Mouresi village, 50 meters from the public road Tsagarada-Kissos. It has panoramic views over the Aegean from Halkidiki to Sporades. The environment is characterized by lush vegetation, typical of eastern Pelion, with fruit trees, chestnut trees, etc. The area is ideal for summer and winter holidays. The altitude of 450 m ensures gentle cool summers. The most famous beaches Agios Ioannis, Plaka, Papa Nero, Damouchari Mylopotamos are 5 km distance and not more than 10 km are Ag. Saranda, Horefto Limnionas Fakistra etc.Ideal place for your winter holidays too, as the new road Chania-Kissos access to the slopes of the ski centre of Pelion in 15 minutes. The house has great accessibility, as the road reaches the yard. Town: Greece, Mouresi, Zagora-TsagaradaMouresi is a traditional village in Pelion, another Pelion gem, 3 klm north of Tsagarada. It is amphitheatrically built above Pelion\'s picturesque port of Damouhari and the spacious beach of Papa Nero beyond which follows Pelion\'s oldest seaside resort of Agios Ioannis [St. John\'s]. Mouresi has a stunning view of the sea and the mountains. On a clear day one can see Halkidiki and the sunrise behind Mount Athos. Mouresi overlooks a deep valley whose great beauty is known only to the few lovers of nature, the initiates, who have sought out a guide to take them down the deep recesses of the ravine where two cascading streams form natural pools in whose ice-cold waters only nereids and nymphs have bathed since the dawn of time. The hiker will then resurface into civilization, a changed person with a twinkle in his eye.The village's flag-stoned, main square is dominated by a tall linden tree that generously lends its shade to the beautiful church of Holy Trinity. A few hundred meters down the main road there is the old church of the Dormition of Virgin Mary, which is a prime example of a basilica, quite artfully built and decorated with an old, carved wooden iconostasis of exquisite craftsmanship.
