Description of objectWindmill Residence Yalikavak:Starts from 150,00 Euro / Weekly Classification of the apartement 2 bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), a living room with lounge (convertible sofa bed for up to 2 people), with integrated kitchen + balcony, storage room, a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. The apartment is equipped for 6 persons and provides airco/heating in all areas. The apartment has a habitable floor area of 95 m² and features two terraces to the living room side. From the terrace you can enjoy an exclusive panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the Greek Islands. Equipment of the penthouse: Spacious living room with satellite TV, DVD player and integrated kitchen that features : a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, gas hob with integrated oven, coffee maker, blender, kettle, toaster, washing machine, towels for dishes. Modern bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The towels are also provided. 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 with 2 single beds and the coach can if necessary be converted to double bed. The bed linen is provided. There is also a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron. 2 large terraces (each with table and chairs) with beautiful mountain view and pool, 6 deckchairs, a table with six chairs and a parasol. It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment ! Equipment of the complex: In the garden there is a communal pool with sun terrace and seperated children's pool, restaurant and bar. There is a parking area for cars. Location: Bay Tilkicik central Yalikavak (Bodrum) The holiday flat is located in Yalıkavak , 2km away of the from the Center of Yalıkavak and is part of the Turkish province of Mugla. Yalikavak is located on the Bay of Tilkicik, in southern Turkey. This bay is an offshoot of the Aegean Sea. The apartment is part of six buildings with three floors. A total of 28 apartments. The complex is called Windmill Residence and takes its name from some old windmills in the vicinity. The apartment complex was built in 2007 and is located in a green environment. Accessibility: Not suitable for pets Not suitable for wheelchairs This is a non-smoking property (smoking is only aloud on the terrace) Rental: June- July- August and September: 400,00 Euro/ Weekly * April–May and November : 350,00 Euro / Weekly * *Rates for 2 consecutive weeks, long stay on request. Final cleaning: 70,00 Euro obliged (on the end of each stay), same price for additional cleaning service if required. Obliged linen and laundry package: 15 Euro per person/ each stay. Refundable Deposit for Damage: The refundable (without damage) deposit of 200,00 Euro must be paid by the tenant in cash money on the day of arrival to Bodrum Second Home Services. Airport service: 60,00 Euro (max 4 persons) one way. For 6 people price on request. To rent a car: prices on request Payments: 50 % of the total rental price must be paid in advance to our bank account. The balance of 50 % must be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
