Description of objectWe offer a 3 bedroom beautyfull new house 70m from the sea -in the same level- so you can reach by a flat road with no cars in 3 minutes. It has a big 700 sq. meters nice flat garden and parking for two cars.
Location of objectThe soul calms with the melodic whisper of the leaves. Besides the blue waters and the fresh fish at the taverns, one of the possibilities offered to the visitor is the boat ride to Diaporos, the largest of the nine islands of Vourvourou, which is located across the bay. In Vourvourou, you can see the fishermens’ settlement , that are still inhabited, where the visitor can buy fresh fish. Walking along by the sea you shall reach the narrow peninsula of Xifara and then an isolated bay, “Karidi” beach, where you can also find the local beach bar.
Those of you who prefer the mountain can walk along the paths of imposing Itamos and enjoy the fascinating view of Vourvourou bay from the top and if you are lucky, see wild deer or the sun-clad roofs of Agios Nikolaos.
