Description of objectThe villa lies in a quiet residential district, on a little and quiet road, via “Il Giardino azzurro”, 1600m far the village VILLASIMIUS, 800m. from the beach “CAMPUS”, the nearest beach, a few minutes by car from the several beaches of VILLASIMIUS, 800 m from a market and an ice-cream bar, 200m. from a restaurant –pizzeria.Several restaurants, supermarket, ice-cream bar, pizzerias and bars, bank, pharmacy, clothing stores, bakery, hairdressers, etc. are in VILLASIMIUS Mine is a very cosy house, the windows look out on east and north and you\'ll find yourself immerse in a beautiful garden with flowers, olive, orange , oak trees, etc... The view is on the garden of the villa. The house is ideal for the families with children. The private garden offers to the children space to play. My home consists of: 1 Dining-room with living- room furniture, sideboard , (television, parabolic aerial, armchairs) a large fully equipped kitchen, table with seats; 1 double bed room, 1 room with 3 individual beds, 1 bathroom with wc, shower, , bidet and washbasin, another bathroom with wc, bidet and washbasin and wash- machine. The kitchen is fully equipped (with saucepans, frying-pan, dishes, cutlery, glasses), a fridge, - freezer, a microwave oven, a vacuum cleaner. The household linen (as tablecloth, towel etc. are available). There is an external patio with table, chairs , living- room furniture for garden( if you want you can eat outside of the flat too), a barbecue , a comfortable sink, another shower with cold and hot water. We have many toys for children and boys Private car park This holiday home is suitable for 5 Persons ( if necessary, it\'s possible a further bed. ) Location of objectMY house is situated in VILLASIMIUS (at a distance of about 1,8 km.),zone Santa Maria or \'CAMPUS\', near to CAMPUS beach,( 800 m far ), behind hotel \'CORMORAN\' near to a market, bar, restaurants, pizzerias. IT is close to hotel “LE ZAGARE) or pizzeria “SANTA MARIA), in 35,2° km of the road n°17 CAGLIARI-VILLASIMIUS(on the right )Town: Italy, VILLASIMIUS/COSTAREI, VILLASIMIUSThe Territory. Villasimius is a unique place in the Mediterranean: the sun, the sea, lush vegetation, white sand have created a wild and unspoiled paradise. The territory of Villasimius is located 45 km from the port of Cagliari and about 55 Km from Elmas airport, the road from Cagliari to Villasimius is very scenic. Before arriving in Villasimius, find the sea resorts of Cala Regina, Geremeas, Torre delle Stelle, Solanas, it is easy to see capes rich vegetation of the Mediterranean and emerald coves from the sea and sometimes turquoise. Finally, after overcoming some challenging bends enough, you reach the territory of Villasimius, d \'Suddenly the colors are bright, the air scented myrtle, from the mastic tree, the juniper and broom. Villasimius welcomes tourists with a wild grace by creating strong feelings that drive us to come back. The eastern border is located on the island of Serpentara, while the western one is located on the promontory of Capo Boi.
