Description of objectThe holiday home (floor area internal about 40 square meter) consists of:1 Dining-room with living- room furniture, sideboard , sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, table with seats. 1 double room, 1 bathroom with wc, shower, , bidet and washbasin, The kitchen is fully equipped (with saucepans, frying-pan, dishes, cutlery, glasses), washing-machine, a fridge, - freezer, and an oven. The household linen as tablecloth, towel etc. are available. There is an external patio with table, chairs , lie down ( if you want you can eat outside of the flat too), The house has its own private bloomed garden with English lawn, full of green which is a very safe playing area for children and were you can enjoy BBQ\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'S., another shower with cold and hot water a barbecue There is ample private parking and electric gate. This holiday home is suitable for 2 Persons and a child (in the sofa bed) Location of objectThe zone is at 35° km of Ss n.17(CAGLIARI-VILLASIMIUS), very green with many trees(oak, olive,orange and so on)near to a market, a bar, pizzeria and restaurants.The nearest beach, \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'CAMPUS\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'is 8oom. far you can go to other beaches, all different for exposition,by car in a few minutes.
