Description of objectThis beautiful Duplex is located in the very charming village of Trou d’Eau Douce on the east coast of the island and 5 minutes from the “Ile aux cerf” Island. You will be charmed by the extraordinary and unique view. Trou d’Eau Douce is a typical Mauritian village, unspoiled from tourism, even if less than 10 km from the best hotel establishments on the island such as the Saint Geran, Le Touessrok, Anahita, the Belle Mare Plage, The Four Seasons, The Prince Mauritius etc.. The Villa is divided in 3 parts. The left part with the great view on the ocean and pool and the nice apartment at pool level are proposed for rent. 3 totally independent villas share the big garden with security gard. VILLA De la Baie, max. 7 adults and 1 baby 6 rooms including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large kitchen, living room, dining room, large wood deck with direct views over the pool and panoramic views over the bay of Trou d’Eau Douce, veranda, private garden. Living space: 200 MTS 2 Construction date: 2000 fully renovated in 2009/2010 Pool: Overflowing pool in front of Villa. It is shared with 3 others parties. This 50 m2 Deck gives view on the unique and panoramic bay of Trou d’Eau Douce with fishing boats and catamarans who come and go. Surroundings In front of the Villa you will find one of the most beautiful sites for snorkling. To the right is a small fishing harbor with the possibility to buy fresh fish. To the left at 500 yards is a white sandy beach accessible by foot through the village. Various shops and restaurants are within walking distance. The less good point… During the months of July and August this side of the island is very windy. The terrace is protected by a ‘blind’ as it is even possible to stand on the terrace or if there is the garden behind the house. Rates The price includes electricity, water, telephone, internet, cleaning lady, meal preparation, laundry. The price is per day per house, however, for periods of more than 2 weeks depending on the season the price is negotiable.
