Description of objectAbsolute rarity - In the popular, very first beach line of Torre del Mar, in the promenade street Paseo Marítimo, there where are usually only blocks of flats, there is the ground-level detached house with panoramic views onto the beach and the sea.In front of the house, in southern position, a large terrace of 60 m˛ with walls (patio) makes sure that you have enough privacy and distance to the narrow promenade street (one-way street) with lay-bys. Behind this street are already the longest promenade of Europe and the very wide sandy beach. The distance to the beach are only 15 m and to the water approx. 45 m, because the beach is so broad. The terrace is planted with a lemon tree and roofed in the area of the garden furniture, so that you can choose between sunny and shady places. For the absolute sun worshippers there is aditionally a small roof terrace (approx. 4 m˛) with sea view of 180°. Opposite of the flatscreen TV there are two comfortable settees in the living-dining-room of the house with 80 m˛ living-space. The both bedrooms for 2 resp. 4 persons are pleasantly and inviting decorated. The separate kitchen is equipped with electrical hob and oven. The modern bathroom disposes of shower cabin, bidet, WC and washing basin. Rooms = 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed and 2 fitted wardrobes, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 cot on request. Living-dining-room with comfortable sofas and flatscreen television (SAT-TV), separate fitted kitchen (electric ceramic hob and oven), shower bath/WC, corridor, 80 m˛ living-space on one level, terrace of 60 m˛ (approx. 9 m˛ are roofed), little roof terrace (approx. 4 m˛). Location of objectIn walking distance there are various possibilities for shopping, eating out and for entertainment. The nearest super-market is only 150 m far away. The nearest restaurant in a distance of approx. 10 m offers free delivery to the door !Parking spaces are in front of the plot, but a small car can be parked also on the own terrace. Town: Spain, Costa del Sol, Torre del MarThe city Torre del Mar with its 20.000 residents is located between Malaga and Nerja on a coastal plain at a wide bay of the Mediterranean Sea and is surrounded of agricultural areas. Because of this special situation here the climate is very good, in winter mild and in summer rather hot, but through the light wind of the sea it is pleasing. The climate is damp - like everywhere near to the sea -, but is a low-precipitation area. 320 sunny days per year say enough for it !Torre del Mar is approx. 30 km east of Malaga City and distinguish itself through the miles of wide, sandy beach, which make the little town the ideal holiday resort. Along the beach passes over many kilometers the promenade of Torre del Mar (it is reputed to be the longest of Europe), which is well-kept and nice decorated with tropic trees and flowers. The views from here onto the Mediterranean Sea and the white houses on the hills and mountains are spectacular. A walk on the wide promenade is not only a pleasure for visual effects, but also, because there are various attractions for children. And it goes without saying that scores of bars, ice-cream parlors and restaurants on or next to the promenade invite to have a snack or a drink. Torre del Mar has countless restaurants and bars, where you can relish perfectly meals of fish, seafood and meat. In summer evenings this town is very lively. You take a stroll on the promenade or through the Paseo de Larios, a pedestrian precinct in the centre, street traders offer knick-knacks or art objects, the bars and restaurants are much-frequented. The life starts at 11 p.m. here ! For the younger generation it is worth to visit “El Copo”, an approx. 500 m long row along the promenade street, where innumerable, colorful bars stand wall to wall. From June to September you should pass (at least) one day in the aquatic-fun-park “Aquavelis” in the north of the town. The various water chutes and the wave pool are great fun for young and old.
