Beautiful, bright, friendly and spacious villa with a large covered terrace and a sun terrace, garden and carport.
The villa is located opposite a small park with fountain in a golf resort with Social Club.
Social Club with swimming pool, gym, health center, restaurant, bar, supermarket, tennis court and a bank.
Opposite is the Intercontinental Hotel with Spa and the Golf Club.
The great ESPA SPA can be used for a fee.
There are various leisure facilities offered in the club, in the hotel and in the resorts.
A shuttle runs several times a day between the resort.

Location of object

By plane to Murcia / San Javier or Alicante.
The airport Murcia / San Javier is only 15 minutes from the resort. Location: right by the sea.
The Alicante airport is about 1 hour north.
By car-train to Narbonne and then by car or from Genoa to Barcelona by ferry.
The AP7 motorway which leads to Cartagena is located only 3 km away.
Exit 790, Los Alcazares (centro), Torre Pacheco.
From the motorway exit 3km towards Torre Pacheco, then comes the roundabout with a sign.

You live at a golf resort with lovely "green" view, part of the Nicklaus Golf Trail with tennis court and club with swimming pool and gym.
The restaurants offer Mediterranean and international cuisine.

The Mar Menor is only 5 minutes away by car: a beautiful sandy beach, shallow water, km-long beach promenade with cafes and parks with playgrounds. Boat trips are offered.
