A stone\\\'s throw from Todi, Il Molinetto is the ideal choice for your stay in Umbria: an ancient XIXth century mill, built entirely in stone and completely remodeled, refined and refurnished with an extreme care.
Converted into a residence in 1903, Il Molinetto offers today an exquisite stay in the countryside close to the river Tiber wetland. The farmhouse has been completely restructured in 2010 and can now provide all the comforts of the XXIth century, while maintaining its stunning position in the heart of the umbrian countryside.
Just few chilometers from the mill, the sober beauty of Todi is awaiting. A wonderful expression of the umbrian cultural heritage with its alleys, its breathtaking panoramic views and its diverse cultural offering. All the main attractions in central Italy are easily reachable, may them be in Umbria, Latium or Tuscany: given the convenient location of Todi, the most important attractions of these regions are only one hour away.

This year we decided to \"jump\" into a new adventure. We wanted to abandon the big city life and hide in a little paradise tucked away in the heart of Umbria. Umbria is a small but enchanting region, which just begs to be explored.

\"Il Molinetto\" -or little mill- what set up for this very necessity for peace and quiet. We have created a little bed & breakfast in our farmhouse so to share our desire for relax with who can appreciate our view. Running a hotel or B&B, gives us the chance to meet many people every day who enjoy all of this just as much as we do, and that is a great motivation.

Our guests, right from the beginning, have genuinely valued our effort and passion that we put into our project.
