Description of objectTe Akapuao Holiday Home will be available from April 2011 ideal for families, wedding parties and group reunions. Te Akapuao Holiday Home comprises of Units 1 & 2, and a 4 bed roomed house/ 2 bathroom sleeping a maximum of 12 persons.The main bedroom comprises of an ensuite/ walk in robe, parents retreat and a private balcony with a million dollar view of the hills at the rear of the property. Ideal for bird watching! A double bed bedroom, and 2 Twin Bed bedrooms, complete this beautifully appointed home. Each room has ample closet space with views over the pool and gardens. These three rooms are serviced by a separate bathroom. All rooms are insect screened. High ceilings, exposed rafters and ceiling fans in the living room and open dining and kitchen area provide cool and airy living. The modern kitchen is well appointed and equipped to cater for large groups. Flat screen TV /DVD’s and Hi-Fi system are provided. A colonial verandah wraps itself around the house providing different views of the property. Enjoy a snooze on the day bed beneath mosquito netting, a coffee on the cafe tables, or a barbeque on the bbq deck. The bbq deck looks out over the pool. It can easily hold up to 40 people. Extra tables and chairs are available at no extra cost. The pool is gated and fenced. (Always keep an eye on the young ones near water). The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and linen cupboard. An ironing board and iron is provided on request.
