Description of objectGROUND FLOOR:- Hall - Powder room - Bathroom - Bedroom with TV and airconditioning - Living room with TV, enclosed fire place, - Open plan kitchen with combi microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freeze compartment - Storage room with wash/dryer combination FIRST FLOOR: - 2 bedrooms each with own TV - Landing - Bathroom with toilet, wash bassin and shower OUTSIDE - Verandah with view on water, fenced garden (756 m2) overlooking the beach, garden furniture, parking area for two cars. - Berth in the owners marina for sailing or motor boats up to 9 meters (depth harbour 1,7 meters). Non-smoking only. Rental period is either a weekend, midweek or a week. - Weekend check-in Friday afternoon, check-out Monday morning - Midweek check-in Monday afternoon, check-out Friday morning - Week starts either on Friday or Monday INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE: - Electricity, wifi, gas, oil, water - Service package: consists of made beds, welcome drink, bath linen, kitchen towels, final cleaning and a Rituals wellness package. EXCLUDED FROM THE RENTAL PRICE: - Reservation cost ¤ 25 - Maximum 1 pet accepted at ¤4 per night (pets only allowed if communicated prior arrival) Upon arrival at the park reception, you are required to pay a deposit of ¤150. You can pay either in cash or electronically (using your debit card). After your stay, the amount of your deposit will be refunded provided that you leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy state. Guests under 25 years of age are required to pay a deposit of ¤250. Location of objectThe holiday villa is situated in Waterrijk Oesterdam, which is in the centre of nature park \\\\\\\'De Oosterschelde\\\\\\\'.The villa overlooks \\\\\\\'Zoommeer\\\\\\\', and a little beach. The holiday park itself is quiet, with opportunities for watersports, and nice nature walks. Near the entrance there is a nice restaurant. The park does whatever is necessary to give a good holiday (this includes doing your shoppings or providing your with warm bread roles early in the morning. Town: Netherlands, Zeeland, TholenThe holiday home is smack in the middle of a nature park and nearby Tholen, a picturesque town of about 25,000 people in Zeeland. The municipality of Tholen takes its name from the town of Tholen, which is the largest population center in the municipality.The municipality consists of two peninsulas, formerly islands, the larger one on the south also called Tholen, the smaller one on the north called Sint Philipsland. The two are separated by the former strait, now bay, of Krabbenkreek. The municipality is bordered on the east by the Eendracht, once a Scheldt branch but now part of the Scheldt-Rhine Canal, crossed by three road bridges, by the Oosterschelde estuary to the south, the straits of Keeten-Mastgat to the west and the Krammer strait to the north. The town has a small historical center partly surrounded by a \\\\\\\'gracht\\\\\\\' and partly bordered by a harbour for fishing boats and yachts.
